• Telephone to check availability of activity (guided walking/navigation/geochaching) and accommodation if required, for your dates, make a provisional booking
• You may also advise of special requirements, e.g. dietary, extra nights accommodation, etc.
• Send deposit and booking form(s)

You will receive confirmation and the relevant information

If you require B&B accommodation please advise if you require a double/twin or single (all rooms are en-suite)

Rooms details at Abercelyn Country House (VisitWales 5-Star):

• Aran: double (king), en-suite with whirlpool bath & shower over bath
• Berwyn: twin/double (super-king), en-suite bath & shower over bath
• Arenig: double, en-suite with walk-in shower grand deluge

If you require self-catering accommodation please advise on the number of persons in your party.

Abercelyn Cottages:

• The Poor House (Abercelyn Cottage): for up to six persons (1 double, 2 twin bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 en-suite); pets permitted, VisitWales 4-star (Excellent Quality)
• Tithe Barn Unit 1: for up to three persons (1 double, 1 single bedroom, fully en-suite), pets permitted, VisitWales 5-star (Exceptional Quality)
• Tithe Barn Unit 2: for up to four persons (1 double, 1 twin bedrooms, fully en-suite), pets not permitted, VisitWales 5-star (Exceptional Quality)

Deposit

Please send a cheque made out to "Mr. R Hind" to Abercelyn at the address shown below.
Deposit amount:

• 20% of the Activity cost (guided walking/navigation/geochaching)
• For 3 or 4 days activity with accommodation: £50 per person.
• For 6 or 7-day activity with accommodation: is £100 per person.
