Three-day
programme
A
three-day programme consists of three days walking, typically as follows:
The
four-day programme follows the same pattern as above, but with four-days
walking.

Seven-day
programme
A
seven-day programme consists of five days walking and a rest day,
typically as follows:

Evening
of arrival (Day one):

Arrive
in the evening for welcome refreshments in the drawing-room with
log-fire

Group
and Guide introductions and discussion on the following day’s
walk

Eat out in a recommended local restaurant
with free taxi service

Day
one:

Traditional
cooked breakfast

Collect
packed lunches and your own flasks (filled with tea, coffee, soup)

Guided
group walk

Return
to Abercelyn leave wet gear in the drying room overnight

Afternoon
tea in the drawing-room with log-fire

in a hot bath or shower

Discus
the next day’s walk while relaxing with your favourite apéritif
